Manchester Marathon

So I went and I ran.  my earlier plans to run sub 4 got derailed earlier in the year, but this was still a good run a great confidence booster on route to Comrades. Finished 4:45.59 my fastest marathon for a while.

Meat for dinner the night before. 2 boiled eggs and a piece of bacon for breakfast 1.5 to 2 hours before race, half a banana about 30 mins before the gun.

The route was farliy interesting, quite a few out and backs it seemed but some great course support.
