Sunday before Monday
Tomorrows the 4th of July, I must run tomorrow and get back in the horse so to speak.
7000 Miles
Last night I ran through 7000 miles, this has consisted of 28 marathons and 17 ultras to date, I'm not sure of the total number of races, I check my race record.
