Passed the Duke introduction to Anatomy and Physiology course and the learning to learn course. 3 week break until vital signs begins on March 1st.

Ran to the rugby

I ran to cardiff yesterday from home. The distance was a little over 15 miles, a quick wet wipe wash in John Lewis and a change of clothes and I was off to the millenium stadium to watch the rugby. I really enjoy running to a destination rather than an out and back.
