New year, new challenges

This year will be an exciting one, my son starts at comprehensive school and I'm making some big changes.

Ran to the rugby

I ran to cardiff yesterday from home. The distance was a little over 15 miles, a quick wet wipe wash in John Lewis and a change of clothes and I was off to the millenium stadium to watch the rugby. I really enjoy running to a destination rather than an out and back.
