my NOK arrived yesterday so my daily application has begun in an attempt to protect my feet at this years MdS.

7000 Miles
Last night I ran through 7000 miles, this has consisted of 28 marathons and 17 ultras to date, I'm not sure of the total number of races, I check my race record.
