MDS 2014

there are 12 weeks remaining before my MDS 2014 adventure, i'm really looking forward to returning to the desert, last year was a fantastic experience, im trying not to put much pressure on this years trip but i'm really really looking forward to it.

over the next 12 week i plan to record my training and challenges in the build up to this years race.
